pod ich dachami II

pod ich dachami

Under their roofs we sat by the fire
And many stories we´ve been told
Woke up when seagulls cried out
Our throats embalmed with liquid gold

Under their roofs we sat together
Where treasures met man´s desire
Saw thousand suns of amber burning
And nights torched by a funeral pyre

Under their roofs our senses got touched by
Various scents that filled the air
Where he reigns with the many faces
And blankets veil his wooden stare

Under their roofs we spent those past days
When snow fell white and winds blew cold
The sails of ships waving above us
And many stories we´ve been told
